From what I see there must be a cap of % you achieve on a skill that the system shuts you down or you will gain really slowly. Is it 180%? 170% ? 160% ?
To be safe for now the best would be to fast...

So, if I undersytand correctly, now single skill gain decrease in % as higher the skill value is. That's quite fair and coerent with the decreasing training rate per overall quality of the player.
