Nordeus Generated is better...But if a young player has a SA then its very possible that he is a Nordeus Gen or from the youth academy... People train SA in 2 cases only... 1) He is a free player...

And one more thing SA does not makes any significant difference on a players performance... They just give you a feel good factor...:)...

The "General" Quality doesn't matter, what matter is the 11 players under the field.. and that play,. When I sold a player of 1 star that I had my team won +1 of Quality... in %, of course... so...
