You don't understand the system correctly. It's ok, because TE can be very confusing.
First thing, "50%" doesn't actually mean "%", it's just a symbol that means abstract "points" in this case....

Doesn't matter. You have to compare him with other players.
Set two FKers and write down all their attempts to compare them to each other. After a couple of weeks you will have results you can trust.
