Hi All , i have this player that score a really lot of freekicks and doesn't have the ability.

Did you gather statistics? Did you compare him with other players? What is his % of successful free-kicks, and what is the average?
Without numbers your "a really lot" means nothing.

But even if you are right, and your guy is an imba free-kicker, it only supports the theory that skills don't matter on individual level.

Y i didn't write a statistic but , with 3 fk per match ( i remember very well my last 15 matches ) he always score 2

Doesn't matter. You have to compare him with other players.
Set two FKers and write down all their attempts to compare them to each other. After a couple of weeks you will have results you can trust.
