Guys, training system is dead after update before this (most stupid update EVER). Last update just remove one bug and I think that this is fair. It is not suppose to train your players in this way...

If you bought the player through negotiations then the players stats are genuine Once he is in your team then as Nik says his stats are reset to 0 as its now about your team.
