   Just play with your usual formation. I don't see the point why u should adapt your formation to suit your opponent, especially if he's a lot weaker than u are... Just play like u always do and then u...

   Yup I agree with RJSlow. 4-3n-2w-1 should work well against this formation. I would play with attack down both flanks and long passes. ;) Wish u good luck bro!! :)
