maybe at the lower lvl's but at the higher lvl's its make now different i am lvl 36 but can buy players from lvl 37/38 but not the one with gold star only players below 100%

You can buy from above if on same server and player is 99% or less relative to your level. So a player on level 12 who is say 37% would appear as 97% to level 9 Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
