Continuing this debate on skills and mutants. I have normal power trained players. By age 23 due to the way the program works and loss of skills I have several 1% skills.
How about a min cap of 50...

After a 50+ league win streak my team capitulated v a 16% weaker opponent. 4 2 loss despite comfortably outshooting my opponent. My gk rated under 5 having only conceded 6 in previous 22 league games...
