Ok I got this kid to 99% now. This is how it worked out: +DMR -- 34 Rests +AMR -- 35 Rests +Shadow Striker -- 34 Rests From 71% to 99% -- 80 Rests Total: 183 Rests The same cost for a 99%...

Maybe a good formula that has come to my mind is, give a bonus, to 3 captains. The formula should be or take into account for the training; years played in club = X (XP extra bonus in training ) so...
