Not sure if they are unaware because they are new. In the usual great Nordeus customer service they tell us nothing. I don't see what the problem is. They have done ask the devs before no problem....

Someone at Nordeus support is currently away to look into what is happening. They said the forum admin were unaware of plans for ask the devs.

Done that last year but it's just the same as facebook, they just ignore you if your questions are to difficult and awkward for them. Maybe have another go at them.
