yeah, there are very good guides here so, maybe the last thing we can say here is,..... don't waste tokens for your stadium. better option is save these tokens and do the super training to some...

mmmh... well you know that if you upgrade, your players loose 1 star because the level is high... if you can degrade your team.... you will "upgrade" and win one star.... is a different way for this...
