   Yeah I used whole pitch pressing against 3 strikers before. The point is to not allow them to get to your half so they can get the strikers involved. You might also be able to use 4-5-1 v style....

   3N-5-2v is a better counter formation. Why use DL/DR when he has no attacking flank players? Best to set up 3 in central defence and have an extra striker.
