Try 4-1-3-2. I always used this formation when I played against 4-3-1-2. Normal/defensive mentality, through the middle, own half with counter-attacks, zonal, combined passing. I guess it will do it.

It is just the way the CUP works, my problem are not the teams from levels above, those are normaly abandoned teams with low quality players, i usually win against them and lose against the teams...
