Why the many of brazilian players are so successful in football and brazil national team is the best in the world for many years but brazil league is so trash ?

Probably because the best Brazilian players are in Europe. Note how some Brazil friendlies are played in England.

Think that Brazil is a country, bigger as the entire European Union, so for it's culture, clima etc, tradition of football too... there are lots of talents there.
China is a big country too, but the communism can with all. Too they are not so tall.
Russia is not as bigger as is shown in the typical maps, but too much cold to play football every afternoon in the streets of Siberia.

It is not trash, it just has to be measured by a different standard, yes Europe is the elite but they still have a decent competitive league.

Our league here in Brazil (and most of the south american leagues) has a very different style of football, if it's compared to european teams. It's much more like a very defensive way of playing. I wouldn't say our league is weak, it's just a different style, same as argentinian and uruguayian leagues.
And, ofc, teams here are really poor if compared to european teams. So talented players here are sold to european teams at early age (18-23 yo), so the teams here lack in special talents like Neymar and others.
