I see what they are trying to do...Lower our National team ratings % much more so the players who just joined the game could keep up with us. ( I guess)

Are you sure for the next free player will be higher %? Because Im not sure. The album is different story...you collect the teams you beat and if album is full you get...

Yes the best way to use them is for keep the training 32- 40%....unfortunately. BUT ONLY the free player. The other for 8-10 tokens NOT worth it. Rather buy same quality for 1 token in the market....
