Actually, you can get it on the mobile version as well, just go to the Club screen and swipe to the other screen where your storage is, and there you will find your gifts

You can't set players to negotiations by yourself. They work in such a way that anyone from you server can make you an offer if that player fulfills all the conditions. You can read about it here....
No, it is not a bug. You can only receive one of each type of gift (one morale booster, one rest, one treatment and one skill point) no matter how many friends send it to you.
Go to finances and check out your ticket prices. If they are high nobody will come to the match :) You need to adjust them to be just right, to have full stadium and max ticket prices
