Maybe a good way to repay Managers would be to get a percentage at least of the tokens spent bidding on your player. This way a Manager can retrieve some tokens spent when buying that player/players....

I think there needs to be a relegation process aswell as promotion as in real life to make it more realistic/competitive. Maybe reduce the amount promoted to say 5/6 and relegate at least 2.
