Your point is taken but as you can see my quality numbers, its better in my opinion to close the gap than open it up by training my top ones.. is my idea wrong ??

point taken but i dont want to built a dream team...just enough quality to match competition, so how many packs for 11 players to get just one star?
What kind of investment is needed for power training the substitute players (rest main squad - train the rest) for a star up?
Are 50 rest packs enough? do i have to train them each hour all day ?...
