    Any Advise for Power Traiining

    Hi Guys,

    What is the best to get out of the players in Training?

    1) Set the selected player intensity at "HARD"
    2) Next start from "Stretching" - "Cardio" - "Practice Match"
    or the other way round: from "Practice" - "Cardio" - "Stretching"

    In between when the player gains 1 Skill point, you STOP, cos you do not want to drain him.

    You if don't want to use some green boosters on him power training is pretty useless and if you will use, it won't matter if you will start with stretching - cardio - p match or p match - cardio and stretching.

    You will need lots of green boosters for this and that will be used by saving them up, and also watching lots of booster videos and also buying green boosters with tokens.

    It's best just to train a select number of players and put the players you don't want to train on rest. I'll be making a short guide on Power Training at the start of next season.

    How do you get the most development out of them? Two questions:
    1. Normal or high intensity?
    2. Practice match, cardio or stretching?

    High intensity on selected players, other players put on "rest", all 3 training types.

    Which of the 3 trainings yields the most on average, though? I'm thinking about studying that, the average development gained per point of condition lost and stuff, but don't really have the time to do that as I need to stock up on boosters, so most of my extra condition will go into friendlies until about day 3 of the new season. I'm pretty sure there's a difference between stretching and practice match, with cardio in the centre.

    I think they are all about the same, you need to do it on a 6:3:2 ratio to find out whether one of the 3 sections is more productive than the other.

    Can't I just carry out each of them individually and count total development gained over total condition lost or something like that?

    Yes you can but you will need to use a calculator to work out if you had all 3 types on the 6:3:2 ratio.
