Trying to PT players who need three skill grades is gonna cost you a packet, even the fastest trainers will need around 35-40 hours of training, I'd have a guess ar around 45 minimum rest packs and at least the same in treatments for each player.
Most who PT do it with players with skill levels ending in 4 or 9.

Your point is taken but as you can see my quality numbers, its better in my opinion to close the gap than open it up by training my top ones.. is my idea wrong ??
This is how Panatha FC looks atm, as i said in recent post all im after is dml/ml, dmr/mr, mc and maybe an amc, you will notice mc ivor striker and ask why i keep, hes the best striker after season ends tonight, so i decided to renew his contract and see how it goes....
any suggestions about power training must players are welcome

Power train Khorasani, Boukherta and Reichor. Leave the others as they will be 4* and less next season.
So dedicate 50 rest packs for each player = 150 rest packs needed. Of course if you buy new 5* players next season then power train the young, fast trainers and dedicate an additional 50 rest packs per player. You will end up spending a shed load of tokens but it's value for money in the long run

Thank you, your second option suits my roster better because I dont want to have 3 players super good and rest team just good, also as you can see my average age is around 20 only and almost all my youngest ones have a special ability and train rly fast so I believe I should get advantage of this.... for starters I will try to get as many as I can to 5 stars and see how it goes...

Definitely worth it, I power trained Petersen from 6* to 8* and he's become a beast of a player.. He will be 7* next season but I may make him better.

Standing:
- Preference of trainng is 9:6:3. First stretch then game 3-9 and who can i give him cardio...
- Problem is that sometimes player gets 25/43/33/21 from same training in several days. I do not like that but it is what it is, so I prefer
- GREEN TOKENS, yes! Sage get golden ones and get in shop if possible 50 green less than 1 golden for green. Do not use lll level of training unless that player really boosts.
- lll level is not worth if he progresses <96. Spending 25 health points for 60-70 is not good, not for me.
- lll level rises chance of injury.
- Train after receiving 5%
- I start game tih 96-99. Since I do not want to give away and +5%
- Biggest improvement during season Falkenberg Kenneth ~90 points. Not single injury, not single paired cards, yes used green tokens ST
