Hi Guys,
What is the best to get out of the players in Training?
1) Set the selected player intensity at "HARD"
2) Next start from "Stretching" - "Cardio" - "Practice Match"
or the other way round: from "Practice" - "Cardio" - "Stretching"
In between when the player gains 1 Skill point, you STOP, cos you do not want to drain him.
