Which of the 3 trainings yields the most on average, though? I'm thinking about studying that, the average development gained per point of condition lost and stuff, but don't really have the time to do that as I need to stock up on boosters, so most of my extra condition will go into friendlies until about day 3 of the new season. I'm pretty sure there's a difference between stretching and practice match, with cardio in the centre.

Does the training intensity also have effect when a player plays a regular game? So if he's on hard intensity he will gain more points when playing regular competition/cup/champions game?
