Which of the 3 trainings yields the most on average, though? I'm thinking about studying that, the average development gained per point of condition lost and stuff, but don't really have the time to do that as I need to stock up on boosters, so most of my extra condition will go into friendlies until about day 3 of the new season. I'm pretty sure there's a difference between stretching and practice match, with cardio in the centre.

What kind of investment is needed for power training the substitute players (rest main squad - train the rest) for a star up?
Are 50 rest packs enough? do i have to train them each hour all day ? can they take all 3 kinds of training without braking a leg or other injury ?
If I need more than 50 packs does it worth it or is it better to sell and get scouts?
any pro tips will be godsent - players average age 20 & average quality 47 and I need to get em to 50 - thnx in advance![]()

If you power train, it is only worth training those who you want to stay for a long time. I'd say between 7-11 players. Enough for a full team.
50 packs isn't enough... 500 packs can get you a long way. It has been proven to be better than the personal trainer. If you buy scouts then buy one close to 7*... then you could power train him to 8* or even 9*. Just remember to buy one aged 22-24

Trying to PT players who need three skill grades is gonna cost you a packet, even the fastest trainers will need around 35-40 hours of training, I'd have a guess ar around 45 minimum rest packs and at least the same in treatments for each player.
Most who PT do it with players with skill levels ending in 4 or 9.
Level 1,2,3,4,5,6 League winners
Level 1,2,3,5 CL Winners
Level 4 CL runner up.
Level 2,3,4 Cup winners
