It's fair sir, for exemple I'm living in Romania and we don't have offers too but first of all this don't depend on Top Eleven, not Top Eleven is making the offers, it's normal for England, US, etc to have more offers because they have more moneys, why you should advertise something in a country who more then sure won't buy that product.

I know is sad but I have same problem too.
