I will like to add 2 more things...

1) A opponent should not get a 80% possession when a formation becomes illegal due to a RED card......

2) Players on negotiation list should not be put automatically instead it should be done manually...This way only those players will get listed on the list who are ready to be negotiated by their managers...Currently a lot of players from unactive manager and those who play the game on the mobile get listed in the negotiation list...And the managers who negotiates for him their TOKENS get trapped for 1 day......

You can ask any manager of that server to be friend with you on FB...Then create a new TOP11 account with that FB account......

By doing this the chance of creation of your NEW Top11 account on that servers increases considerably......

I would implement a new HR rule (ala Welch) in the company. ALL Employees MUST play the game especially the devs... those who finish bottom of the league (bottom 10%) get fired!!! They are allowed to buy and farm tokens etc ... just like us ... and if they get trolled out of a job - heyyy - Tough luck!
