Let forget about the quality, the level difference, etc. Just look at the formation alone. Any other ideas on how to counter this powerful offensive formation 3N-2-2(AML/AMR)-3.

Hi,your team seems to perfectly counter each opponent player on defense and midfield.
If you have strong Aml/Amr,you can create many 1vs 1 situation for your ST,since he has only 1 player for each flank,and too offensive also.

I'm recently using a modified version of this formation:5-0-2-2-1,by substituting dml/dmr with dl/dr.

I've also countered many 4-3-3 formations (not all indeed,it depends on orders set by opponent manager) with this

There wasn't a single wish come through for Barca, an opponent had out played and out stats us (We had more free kick though, hahaha). It was a bad performance from our players; however, we have learned so much from veteran. We will continue to train hard, and hope we can at least achieve a goal or two from the future match.
