so what happens if you win but dont have enough money?

Yeah the highest valued player is sold off first to cover a debt.

Derp, the same happened to me today. I lost 15 Tokens to have a player, I only won because the other player didn't have enough budget to buy the player.
I totally disagree ever since i started playing the game if i've seen 2 players i want on the transfer market and i only had the cash for 1 i've bought both then balanced the books after
At one point during season 2 i was 12 million in debt. Cleared the debt and won the league...
Get over it and do the same or have enough tokens to win what you want

I have gone over my budget twice. I balance it before the 7 days where over.
And the player at round 29 was 2.93M? Cause if that the case. That player wasn't worth it i think.
Happens in RL aplenty .. just look at the majority of teams in the EPL .. they make a loss each and every season now.
