I would like to have the option to keep some old glories inside the team till they have + than 34-35 years.

I think that a option to do space in the 11+subs+ reserves without prescind of beloved players is to add 5-7 spots for old glories that will stay as retired inside our club-

This can improve the game in some different ways, such as give bonuses, or for example if a ST have the option to be set as academy manager we can have a option to manage the academy players we receive... been these more specific or if we chose a ST have the academy players with a +10% attack skills added.

The idea should be make the teams more unique.
There can be a spot to unlock the bonus till 15% for one line, adding there a DC, MC or ST...
