About red/yellow card as the thread say at the beg. : this because the hard tackling and you should play with easy tackling when you face weak team ... and normal tackling when you face strong team ... and the hard tackling only when you face too much strong team and you want to your opponent not be able to carryout his tactics as needed

but if you talking about talking to the players and make the game more real and near what happen in real life ... then it's a part of madness I'm so sorry.
