Retroactive cards for injurie cases

usually;
1st-there is a foul,
2nd. referee warn to the player that makes the foul, no card
3rd- the player have a broken leg and is 1/2 dead
4th- as our president said one time "fin de la cita" (end of the dating)
so that's all.

I call to this black humor.

Why don't is possible to evaluate the type of injuerie that the player have, and,,, after the simple warn, and looking the situation, the red card is showed after the injurie?

..I think thats more real... see the situation, and decide.. thats what referees do.. sometimes...
