How about having player ratings live during the game? Would give a clearer indication to managers as to how well their players are playing and make it easier to decide on substitutions/tactical changes. Just a thought. Also, how about speeding up how long it takes for your substitutes to actually come on (I find it takes around 5 game minutes on average from me making my substitution to it actually happening). Thank you kindly.

The substitutions are realistic. It can take more than 5 mins irl. But I give you +1 for live game feedback on the players, this would a good change to the tactical perspective.

Yes but is something else, in real life time don't time fly from 2 to 5 minutes and so fast.

For this, I have actually started a thread asking for simple "Half-Time Player Rating" but yet nothing was done so far.

Even if they cant do it, they wont even say so. Just heck care. HAHA

I would also like to see the grades atleast during half time.
the entire tactics and substitutions is one big gamble now. when i watch a game that is not going how i would expect, i would atleast like to have some clue about where it is going wrong. so i can take a gamble when i change things

Why, the form (grades) is given randomly
Players with lowest quality often coming out with top form marks over a better player who may have scored two goals.
