How about having player ratings live during the game? Would give a clearer indication to managers as to how well their players are playing and make it easier to decide on substitutions/tactical changes. Just a thought. Also, how about speeding up how long it takes for your substitutes to actually come on (I find it takes around 5 game minutes on average from me making my substitution to it actually happening).
