Implement random extra game time over 90 minutes

Currently, the game always lasts 90 minutes sharp. Implement extra minutes, depending on the number of injuries, violations, and other factors that prolong the game in real life. Imagine the excitement of the manager watching the game when he sees 90 minutes but it's not over yet!

man, thats going to be hell for me TBH. 1 of my ever so many idioms is 'saved by the nevermind (bell)' where you suffer 80th minute injuries/cards. my opponent and i suffered a twofer, an injury and a card. i got the better end though
sure it makes the game more realistic, but i can play without them ;P
