Use Mourinho's team as an Academy or "list" of negotiations

Well... you know I suggested... something about Mou team, and a "tool to search players"...
Because we have a problem sometimes, in the market. and is that better level, less players in market.
So;
We can have this team as an academy, but an academy type "list of negotiations" in what we can see, players of 2*, 3*, 4* and 5*, and they have a standard value in $ and tokens.

Too can be interesting, maybe not to do a "cession" like we know, but, can be interesting to do a "change" of player, because as you know in high levels, is not easy to sell a player, so, if we, have a player of 30 years, (or 2) and there is a system to change this for another of 21 years, paying the differance, that, will be a solution.
And to "don't destroy the market" maybe this option have to be avaliable... at level 10, for example?


Again and again suggesting for.... what we basically know as ABSOLUTELLY NOTHING!!.... but... ....(^-^)'

absolutelly nothing because the only thing that is in dev's mind is that we have to leave the team because simply they don't wanna see other options.
