Why not use pre-defined messages? I really would like to see this. Remember MSN Game Zone? They had pre-defined messaging and it worked alright.

I would like to be able to thank my friends for "spectating", invite my friend to "spectate" particularly difficult match ups, and send congrats to my opponent for having beat me (it's not an easy feat you know! :P).
