If I like a player from another club, i can suggest the manager of that club with a comfortable rices and the contract would be a agreement between me and him?? Present, we are only auction from the players whom clubs want to sell.

You can already do this - it's called negotiations. Unfortunately you have to wait until you are level 4 to do this, so I can't yet.

Yeah, that would be good - and a level 13 player would be more likely to sell you a player of that quality as they would be one of their worst players, whereas someone on your own level wouldn't be likely to, as they would be one of their best players.

That would only be possible if somehow you had 2 teams on the same server, which would be unlikely.

that's exactly what I am doing with my two squads, you may check also my other suggestion I made.

I still think that everyone has friends in the game and probably higher than your level, so it won't be personal only
