For this game it's not necessary to have a chat function imo. After that some managers will start to do weird things. For example - using bad words (need something that will block them like this "@#$! You" ) some of them will start like this "send me items (jerseys etc) and I will loose against you".

Do you mean just like in the real world of football, where the manager swears, insults and threatens each other at game time?
