I think it would be good if each manager runs two teams, one senior and other young team. The other team would have the same name and the same insignia as a senior and competed to be in a youth league. So that each manager had at least 2 games a day, and when the youth reach a certain age and a certain quality (eg. 3 star quality), managers would be able to join the senior team for a certain amount of money without tokens, and could be left in youth team until they are 19 years of age. Players in young team would move from one star and quickly make progress. The youth league would also exist transfer list, but to the players you have more than 3 star. This is similar to the garden which is just what might be brought more young players, and they might themselves to influence the development of these players and their ability to create as we want.
