More southamerican players

Hi, I am from Bolivia in the center of South America. I would like to if it is possible, that you can add more bolivian soccer players. If there's any problems finding the names, I can provide them for you.

Most of the players you see for sale started their career on a managers team of their chosen nationality.
So to have more Bolivians, there would have to be more Bolivians playing T11; and selling their youths or changing all their players to their chosen nationality.

I think the generated players are random nationality, as to not favor anyone.. Or possibly a derivation of nationalities existing on the server where generated.
