Hey everyone, first of all, great game!

I really enjoy playing it a lot. Enough chit chat.
I'm new to the forum... and already think I know better than everyone ;)
So here goes my suggestion that could seriously be considered a bug:

I suggest that you make it so when you want to train a player in the LB position so he can play RB as well, you should not be required to train him as a CB.
My motivations are:
- Theoretically it makes exactly zero sense. For example a player of small stature would not be suitable for a CB position anyway so in pure footballing terms it would make no sense to train him as such.
- Practically it makes no sense either. Pretty much any wide defender, midfielder and attacker can pretty easily learn to play on both wings. However, there are plenty of players who's understanding of the game, vision and first touch let them down and they cannot really function so well centrally.

I believe those are very good reasons why this could seriously be considered a bug and I hope you will considering changing this in future releases. At least on my account it would make the game more pleasurable AND more realistic.
