I suggest that the their customer services should be fully conversant with their own instruction. I questioned how they calculated placings within the champions league, they did however provide two excuses which were totally incorrect. It was quite obvious that they got it totally wrong. They now do not respond to my emails as they are unable to understand their own criteria. They do not have the common courtesy to reply and try to rectify their cock-up.
