Like FIFA Manager, we should see a calendar which contains month and weeks. each day can be 3 hours and x minutes in real time and after each day, players get 6% condition. so you can decide on which day it should be a friendly match or an events (like fifa manager) camping somewhere, open day, family day, discussion or etc. and in free weeks you can have friendly matches.
Also you set training for each day.
knowing about your future games and planning for about a month is on of the benefits of a calendar.

Hi,
We have fixture table and moreover a season last for 4 weeks.
In fifa you have winter and summer session but this is non-stop manager game so you cant skips matches like fifa.
If you say one day will be 3 hours then what about game playing time will be? 1min or 4 min?That will be not fair.Anyways nice idea.

at least it can be team camping and other events and friendly matches with everybody not only friends. These should effect on team fitness moral tactic and etc
