no 8-11 is purely to increase the particpation of the managers
My idea is that of a points system that no stat needs to be kept in the ranking system
Weekly update is to keep the data low for mobile user

the points system can be worked like this
1) Trophies won in past seasons ---- 200 points awarded for each trophies won
2) Strength of current squad--- 50 points for 4 star team, 100 points for 5 star team.. etc (update every season)
3) Match won/ lose (+5/-5 points for each match won/lose)
4) Goals scored (Current season) (+1 for each goal score)
5) Goals conceded (-1 for each goal conceded)
6) Financial status (2 points for every million in the budget)
7) Value of assets (2 points for each level of asset)
8) Number of friends (0.5 points for each friend)
9) Numbers of association games won (0.5 points for each game won)
10) Number of association goals scored/conceded (0.2 for each goals scored)
11) Number of achievement attained (10 points for each achievement obtained)
12) Top Scorers/ Top assist/ Top rated players in league (20 points for each rated)

Such that the ranking table has no stat but just number example, similar to assoc table
managers can play friendly with each other without adding as friend
