Improvement Suggestion Manager Discuss

Here i have some suggestion and improvement for the game.
1. Transfer Market.
(A) Nothing much to improve except
having more 5* nordgen less buying less
selling from managers.
(B) I would love to have a auto bidding,
say if you have no time for bidding war
for a player you really want the system
will automatically bid for you. You
willing to put 30 token for the player
the system bid for you (Offline).If the
bidding stop at less then 30 you win
get back the remaining token if goes
beyond you lose. Hope you understand.

2.Nego
Have a 3 function on your player
(Not for sale - Open for nego - Setting
amount) This way no time wasted for
both party 24hr except Open for nego.

3. Youth Academy
Would very much love it if we can have
Youth Cup scrape the present Cup
Tournament. Under 18 Tournament
have player from age 16 to 18 yo you
may sign you talented youngster and
promote him to your first team every
10 day as usual.(Sign 1 replace 1 like
for like etc sign Mc you get new Mc)
This way you have better idea which
youngster you want to have in your
first team. note. your youngster start
with 2 or 3* quality. Their skill will
progress in training and games.
For this idea I seriously think its hard
to implement but good to have.

4. Trophy Cabinet.
Bring it back.........

5. Live Matches
If you miss a match can we have a
replay like goals and misses.

6.Goalkeeper
Goalkeeper deserve more have a stat
clean sheet - penalty save or
whatever they deserve.

7. Captain
Have a (C) after their name to indicate
the captain.

Well thats to long and I still have few more keep it for next time. So managers lets discuss. Comment welcome but in a very polite way. Cheers🤔

1B: If a manager has no time to attend an auction, he doesn't deserve to win it. I don't want moneybags to get such an advantage over farmers. With this "Pay and relax" feature it will be very hard to win any good player if you don't donate. Check the market early morning, easily and mindlessly fill it with tokens, go back to sleep, you are a king of the hill.
3: No, Cup is Cup, it has to be there. And anyway, it means we would have to manage two teams at the same time -- U18 and the main team. This is just too hardcore, and gamers these days are mostly casual. I like the idea of taking more control over my team and having more options and possibilities, but I think it's too much for the most of the managers.
7: Captain is a cosmetic feature. We just don't need to know who is enemy's captain.

Other suggestions are fine, IMHO, though ain't new.

Instead of creating too many norgens, I prefer creating more academy players and let clubs to sell or release excessive ones to transfer market.

I think auto-bidding will make the game too convenient to play. Bidding is competition requiring tokens, money, time, skill and luck to win. Managers who can properly manage and spend more personal time on bidding are deserved to have more chances to win in auctions. With auto-bidding,time and skills will be less important. Bidding game will be less interesting.

Some, not to say a few. You want to make the second team obligatory. It would be really nice to have more control over Academy and players there, I am with you here, but one more tournament with completely different team is just too much.

7.easy. i dont understand enemy captain. its football not war game.In football everybody know who is their club captain.

Because it matters in real football. But it doesn't in TE, captain here is completely decorative feature added just for, you know, creating atmosphere; this was confirmed by Nordeus.

Thank you for all you suggestions, HairDryer!

I would personally love to see #2 ingame, as it could make it harder for Managers with malicious intends to spam other Managers with their offers. As for the other ideas, they are good, as Toxcatl mentioned, they are not new, but that doesn't lower their value Keep up the good work!

I'll be here to notify the devs of all the suggestions.
