I feel like friendlies are missing something to be more usefull.
When playing a friendly it should give training bonusses (all four) - compared to condition loss at least 2% in all bonusses.

This would make friendlies usefull, and worth risking injury compared to normal training.
And other suggestions that Q should be like in assations would make the friendlies competetive.
