Rebalance Morale loss

I have 650+ medical packs, have literally never had more than 30 morale packs.

My AMC started a game at full morale, scored 2, rated a 9.8, won MoM, got maximum win bonus.
After the match he's at "very good" morale.
**** THAT.
2-1 win with many ratings over 8, entire team but 2 drop morale.
I'm sick of dealing with the morale system.

max morale isn't important.
Good - very good morale is enough for my players.
I have near 2900 packs.

Niko, don't tell your player's how much better they could live in Pueblo FC. You make them sleep 4 in 1 room for road games; my team is getting breakfast in bed, private rooms, first-class flights on jumbo jets. You give them bus $$ and a prayer

Really though, remember that I am very often playing with -15-25% quality less than my opponents. For those games, I do not take risks.
Maybe I'll bring on a sub with "good" morale when I'm safe with a win...

I guess because I don't have to watch videos to get more morale packs, it's not so off balance, but it is too fiddly. Between too many games I have to give 1 booster here, another there. It never stops.
