It's kind of unrealistic when compared to real football, having teams full of players from 18-23 years old. But the game has to make money for Nordeus in order for it to survive.
If you want to keep your players for 10 years or more you have to buy tokens to exchange for rests to keep on training. The older the player the more rest/tokens needed = more money for Nordeus.

Yes, but it is isn't enjoyable. I want players to be unique, I want players to grow differently from others, and the limit they could play at.
There should a limit of training each day.
