Thanks for the feedback meis. Currently, your formations are auto-saved, however, as we posted in the General forum, we will be adding a confirmation method during Live Match with an upcoming update.

My main formations are 5-3-2 and 4-2-3-1. Please make our lives easily by allowing us to save the formations.
