A draw instead of penalties in asso tournaments

When two groups have the same points and goal difference in asso tournaments, the winner comes from penalties procedure (of the last team).
But as I can see, there is a bug in the game which cannot be fixed after many months.
The result is that every weekend we have new posts and complains in the forum (imagine what else happening to people who don't have any access in the forum).
If it cannot be fixed, at least nordeus can change it to an imaginary draw where the winner comes from a coin flip.
(because actually this is happening in reality, one group for no reason is the one who pass).

Another option is give the victory to the 1st asso' that achieved a win in the eliminatory, like a golden win.
