Transparency regarding league and association draws

I believe that it is the right of all managers to know HOW the draw of league and association on top 11 is done.

In all international soccer competitions, the draw is done in front of the public and press to assure transparency, neutrality, and fairness.

Top 11 makes the draw on certain UNKNOWN basis.

Is it possible to inform the managers about the basis of these draws in order to help managers EXPECT whom they are probably going to face ?

I too would like to know how draws are made. Although what I would really like is for draws to be completely random.

I guess the Devs could explain how this occurs.
I’m not sure that a live draw on TV would work.

Can you imagine how many balls would be in the pot? The draws would take weeks!
